APC UPS BF500U replacement battery cartridge

Replacement battery cartridge for BF500U APC UPS.  Plug and play.  No assembly is required.

Part no SG-1223W (Rechargeable battery Cartridge) compatible with battery cartridge used in OEM, APCRBC21. One 12V5.1Ah High Rate battery Cartridge. Each BF500U battery cartridge is made with fresh batteries for longer life. This battery cartridge have the positive terminal with T2 (0.250 inch) and negative terminal is T1 (0.187 inch).

The batteries used are in this cartridge for BF500U UPS is manufactured at ISO certified facilities.  They use recombination technology where oxygen and hydrogen recombine to form water, and no need to add water. Hence it is a maintenance free battery.

The design life for BF500U high rate battery is 3 to 5 years at 77F.  Higher operating temperatures will reduce life.  Improper charging and frequent charge discharge cycling will reduce the life of the batteries.

Check and inform us if there is any issues.  Install or recharge the BF500U battery as soon after you receive.  Leaving them unused or under discharged state over a long period of time will reduce the life of the batteries.
