Replacement higher capacity battery cartridge for SUVS420I APC UPS. Plug and play. No assembly is required.
Part no SG-RBC2P (Rechargeable battery Cartridge) compatible with APCRBC2 is a 12V9Ah battery Cartridge. This battery cartridge is built with fresh batteries from the same manufacturing lot for longer life. This cartridge provides about 28% higher capcity and hence more reserve time compared to 7Ah battery.
The batteries used are in this APCRBC2P battery cartridge for SUVS420I UPS is manufactured at ISO certified facilities. They use recombination technology where oxygen and hydrogen recombine to form water, and no need to add water. Hence it is a maintenance free battery.

The design life for SG-RBC2P is 3 to 5 years at 77 F. Higher operating temperatures will reduce life. Improper charging and frequent charge discharge cycling will reduce the life of the batteries.
Use the RBC2P soon after you receive. Leaving them unused or under discharged state over a long period of time will reduce the life of the batteries.

Sigma Batteries offer free recycling of spent batteries. Email us for more information about our free RBC2recycling. You will have to ship the spent APCRBC2P batteries to our recycling department.
