The design life for SG-RBC4 is 3 to 5 years at 77 F. Higher operating temperatures will reduce life. Improper charging and frequent charge discharge cycling will reduce the life of the batteries.

This RBC4 comes with 1-year full warranty when operated and maintained properly. Spent APCRBC4 battery Cartridge must be disposed of properly as per local and Federal guidelines. Sigma Batteries offer free recycling of spent batteries. Email us for more information about our free RBC4 recycling. You will have to ship the spent APCRBC4 batteries to our recycling department.
